REVISED PAY UPDATION IN HRMS : YOU MUST KNOW THESE DETAILS
1) If the Salary Bill of April 2017 is
already approved for the Employee, 6th pay arrears can be generated after
adding the record in select Effect Revised Pay scale under Promotion Menu.
2) DA :
DA is stopped for revised pay scale and for
old pay scale DA of 45.25% of basic will be generated.
3) CCA (CITY COMPENSATORY ALLOWANCES):
Revised below rates will be applied as per revised pay scale
3) HRA (HOUSE RENT ALLOWANCES):
Revised below rates will be applied as per revised pay scale
4) Suspension:
For the Employees who are under Suspension,
Revised Pay cannot be effected until Suspension is revoked with the Treat Suspension
as Duty or Leave.
5) Leave:
If an employee is in Leave, Employee will not
be eligible for revised pay scale in Leave Period.
The pay of a Government servant who either
enters service or is promoted or appointed on or after 1st July 2017 to any
post other than that held by him prior to 1st July 2017 shall be fixed in
accordance with the provisions of the Karnataka Civil Services Rules. No
‘fitment benefit’ under the Karnataka Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2018
is admissible in such cases.
