Karnataka State government employees must submit the check list and details about purchase and selling of movable and immovable property in the check list, If you fail to submit the check list n permission from your higher authority it will create problem , may be it will consider as illegal property.
You will submit the documents and information as below for purchase and selling of movable and immovable property
* value of the property and their details
* Sale deed of the property sell/buy.
* Recent Pay Certificate, and Bank load agreement (if necessary).
* Your Total Property from the joining in to the public service.also approved property certificate which approved by your higher authority of last year.
* Income Tax details form entry into service.
You will submit the documents and information as below for new building
* Documents of the site, also permission letter to purchase of that site.
* Estimate of Financial statement for budget of the building.
* Document for budget from where to you managed.
* Recent Pay Certificate, and Bank load agreement (if necessary).
* Your Total Property from the joining in to the public service.also approved property certificate which approved by your higher authority of last year.
* Income Tax details form entry into service.
You will submit the documents and information as below for purchase of immovable property.
* Invoice of your immovable property.
* Seller information.
* Sale deed of the vehicle sell/buy.
* Document for budget from where to you managed.
* Recent Pay Certificate, and Bank load agreement (if necessary).
* Your Total Property from the joining in to the public service.also approved property certificate which approved by your higher authority of last year.
* Income Tax details form entry into service.
